BRASS OUTDOOR FAUCET MADE IN ITALY.
Wall-mounted faucet with antifreeze device.
Brass faucet with antifreeze device and hose barb, 1/2 "M - 3/8 "F connection this means that the faucet has a double thread for connection to the water system: 3/8" internal and 1/2" external. The double threading allows installation on both a "male" and a "female" threaded end of the system.
The faucet is equipped with a shutoff valve located between the wall connection and the faucet control knob: this valve allows the faucet to be isolated for maintenance while avoiding the general shutdown of the water system.
The second valve located at the bottom allows the faucet to be completely emptied, and leaving it open encourages water to flow out, preventing stagnation, which by freezing could cause damage to the faucet's seal.
To use the hose holder (3/4" M connection) simply insert the irrigation hose into the faucet, then tighten it with an iron band so that it does not slip off under water pressure.
This faucet is also compatible with the installation of the quick coupler sold in this shop.
